The purpose of this workshop is to provide engineers and those new to laser welding a fundamental overview of the laser welding process. This course provides numerous insights into the advantages of laser welding for those considering laser welding for the first time. It also provides many practical concepts that will benefit individuals experienced in laser welding to optimize their processes and streamline troubleshooting. Topics to be covered include the basic principles of laser welding, process parameters, attributes of various weld joints, advanced laser welding techniques, weld troubleshooting, and basic safety considerations.
